My Story
I began my career in real estate in 1988, at the age of 17, actively investing in real estate throughout Metro Denver. Accumulating over 34 years of experience and having facilitated hundreds of transactions as a Buyer, Seller, Broker, and Private Lender.
I have always been a proactive investor, which is why I started remodeling houses, building brand new homes, and renovating old ones. It helped me gain significant experience as a general construction contractor. I was also a partner in a company developing over 80 acres of raw land to finished lots, ready for new home construction.
Being a licensed and successful real estate broker for more than 22 years (licensed since March 2000), I bring my philosophy of delivering client-first customer service in every transaction. Maintaining a natural pre-disposition for helping people allows me to help my clients achieve their real estate goals.
Technology and innovation have always fascinated me. I am one of the early adopters of online marketing strategies to market my clients better. By employing unique property marketing techniques, I have successfully carved a local housing niche as an expert, a niche that I know and love.
I prides myself in giving unmatched customer service and attention to detail. My clients get the utmost attention at each point in the real estate buying or selling process. I firmly believe that the real estate market changes rapidly, and adapting the approach according to the changes is critical to provide quality service to my clients and help them achieve their goals.
